... but the stuborn stomach fat doesn't seem to completely go away no matter what you do!

And after trying one diet after another you end up disappointed again and again!

Ever since the birth of my second child I started putting on weight and I couldn’t seem to figure out just how to get back in the shape I was in when I was younger!


You may think it’s impossible…. But this IS very possible…. And I finally found the solution!


Ok, I’ve never considered myself obese… But...


… from talking to other people I found out that losing those stubborn ‘few extra pounds’ was actually much more difficult when you are ‘average’ than when you are grossly overweight…


The reason it is so difficult to lose those LAST 5, 10, 20, or 30 lbs. is that we are biologically preprogrammed to store fat… and as we get older, our bodies naturally store more and more fat!


In an obese person, the excessive fat is pathology… something that the body does not naturally do…


But for most people who are what we would consider ‘average’ the fat deposits in the body are natural…


 .. and this is why it is so hard to re-program your natural body’s tendency to store fat in those ‘problem areas’ that we consider the ugliest!


Have you ever asked yourself...

Why is it so hard to lose the excessive tummy fat, or why is it so difficult to get rid of the ‘love handles’ or ‘extra’s’ on your thighs when the rest of your body seems to look ok?


Do you ever feel bloated as if your stomach was just ready to explode?


Do you ever wish your stomach was flatter or your thighs were slimmer?


This is HOW I felt!


After the birth of my second child, and as soon as I stopped breastfeeding I started to notice those ‘little imperfections’ in my body…


But the problem was that the ‘little imperfections’ became bigger…. and bigger… and bigger… over time…


I felt embarrassed….


I tried everything…


I exercised for hours till I was completely exhausted… and even though I gained muscles I still could not get rid of the fat!


Then I started riding a bike for thirty miles a day… every day… and all it did was put more muscles on my thighs and quads but the stubborn stomach fat did not go away!


I started calorie counting, but no matter how hard I tried I found it impossible to stick to a low-calorie diet because I could not fit it into my daily schedule…


I became a gym rat… I drank protein shakes… I even tried all kinds of rapid weight loss pills…. BUT NOTHING WORKED!


The weight loss pills seemed to work for a short period of time but my weight bounced right back as soon as I stopped taking them…


In fact, after I stopped taking the weight loss pills my weight increased over what I was before I started taking them, so I had to start taking them again!


Eventually the weight loss pills gave me an allergic reaction…. I had to get off them completely because they gave me an extreme rash on my hands, face and my neck!


BUT that wasn’t the worst!


Men no longer looked at me the same way they did before I gained all that weight… and no longer found me nearly as attractive!


Needless to say, that didn’t make me feel good….


That was it!


I knew it was time I make changes and take action!


I began doing my research and reading articles and studies….


I read… I talked to people who had lost weight in the past and kept it off… I did an extensive research in the subject…


And I began making changes…. And actually SEEING RESULTS!


The Easiest, Healthiest and Fastest Permanent Weight Loss Strategies I Came Across


After investing months into research, reading dozens of magazines, books, and hundreds of articles, after trial and error, after talking to multiple nutritionists, body builders and personal trainers I learned amazing things…


I found out that:


     The salads I was eating were major contributors into my weight gain!


See, we are conditioned to think that as long as we eat salads, we should stay in shape.


This can’t be farther from the truth!


A recent research found that majority of salads served these days at restaurants contain anywhere between 1,000 and 2,800 calories!


At a daily intake of 2,000 calories, you are consuming more than you should by eating just one salad! And who can live on one salad a day?


It’s not the lettuce that gives you all the calories; it’s everything else contained in it – the dressing, the beacon, and all other things… BUT who can eat plain lettuce? 

Seriously! Who are we kidding?


But the scariest part was that majority of what we think are ‘good foods’, are actually the foods that make us gain weight!


However, the foods contained in SOME fast food dished (the ones we actually avoid) are actually some of the safest and low-fat foods existing!


In fact, after doing my extensive research I found that the ingredients contained in some fast food dishes actually promote high calorie burning rate and contribute into permanent weight loss!


But you have to know what they are!


You and your friend can go to “Taco Bell” fast food restaurant and both you are her will order a meal…. But the one who knows WHAT TO EAT in order to eat right will get a meal containing these fat-burning foods which at the same time contain low fat and low calories, while the other may get a mean that will substitute an entire daily calorie intake!



You Have To Know What To Eat!


I was blown away at my weight loss results I was starting to get!


I still went to places like Taco Bell restaurant or even five star restaurants, but what I was eating was different. It was helping me lose weight!


So, my restaurant choices did not change; in fact, I wasn’t depriving myself from the goodies I loved to eat, I simply made different choices of dishes, and changed my eating habits a little.


And it all made a huge difference!


I couldn’t believe that after struggling with those ‘few extra pounds’ I suddenly and unexpectedly came across THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO MY WEIGHT LOSS STRUGGLE!
